no phone

my phone is not working no dial tone shows no message looks like it would work internet and wifi works just not the phone, have plugged and unplugged reset still no phone

Do you have a ViaSat voice plan? Did it work prior to today?

I'd suggest calling into Customer Care at 855-463-9333, assuming you have cell service or the like.  Otherwise, head over to https://www.exede.com/contact-us and chat with an agent.  

Normally, I'd say email us at ViasatListens@viasat.com, as we have direct access to the Telephone Operations Group, but they are not in the office over the weekend.  Calling Care may give you a quicker resolution than the email.
