You all take the cake! Tech came and put in new modem, and left knowing we had no phone. It's through you,,so get it fixed!! You all keep saying I have to call. With what? Cans and a string? FIX MY PHONE!!!! Tech should never have left knowing we had no phone! MAD!!!!!

Old Labs is correct. You'll need to contact us directly, making sure to include your account information. Without a phone, the online chat option is the quickest, but the email option will bring you directly to us, though the response will likely be slower.
