You all take the cake! Tech came and put in new modem, and left knowing we had no phone. It's through you,,so get it fixed!! You all keep saying I have to call. With what? Cans and a string? FIX MY PHONE!!!! Tech should never have left knowing we had no phone! MAD!!!!!

This isn't a direct support forum - send an email to along with your account and contact information (don't post it here as this is a public forum open to all). At the same time, your credentials here are not tied to your account, which is why you need to include your account and contact information - the moderators (actual Viasat employees) here have no way to verify your account without that info provides privately.

Old Labs is correct.  You'll need to contact us directly, making sure to include your account information.  Without a phone, the online chat option is the quickest, but the email option will bring you directly to us, though the response will likely be slower.

When my phone was out I used skype to make a call to the help centre.  What did the tech say or did he just slink away ?
