My Exede voice went out Saturday, I called yesterday and went through all the troubleshooting procedures with no answer so a ticket was created. I still do not have a phone so can someone check to see where we are at with this! Thank you.

I send the email and its now 01/06 pm, email was acknowledged but still no answer and no phone!
