no password

Help!! the service tech was unable to complete installation. He put stuff together and said all that had to be done was the cable he left had to be plugged into the Excede voicebox when it comes in. I have tried all of the passwords he left and the setup won't complete because its asking for a password....Where do I get that?

The installer should have left you with information about how to log onto myexede.com and set up your account. The login is a nine digit number beginning with "4" and your initial password is the primary phone number on your account. As far as Exede Voice, he cannot install it without the box. Most installers now carry a box with them but it will be easy for you to self-install when you recieve the box. Just be sure to follow the directions EXACTLY as given.
