Just to double-check your results go here and enter your zip code and see what plans are offered on your beam:

wm4bama, that link will only work when the user is on any other ISP, but not on ViaSat/Exede, where it will acknowledge that you are already a customer, and provides the link to the Customer Dashboard.

Steve, all you need to do is "X" out the pop-up that says you're already a customer and then you'll see ALL the plans currently offered in your beam/zip code.

Try it again ☺☺☺

Viasat seems to be limiting upgrade options until the new bird goes live.  I used to have the option to switch between Liberty and Unlimited plans.  Now I can only switch between Liberty plans.

I'm sure once Viasat 2 goes live, we are all going to see a bunch of new options.

Hi Barry,

Unless you see different results doing what wm4bama suggests you may be on a beam that probably won't see new plans until  Viasat 2 goes live. Some areas (one that comes to mind is ND) still only show the classic plans. Chances are that the plans you see won't be changed until early in the new year when we see Viasat 2 in action

This isn't good news for a potential customer (me).  I am wanting internet relatively soon. The only reason I haven't gotten Viasat already is that I'm not real impressed with the available plans right now.  So it appears I either wait for Viasat 2 (and hope the plans are good) or go with another provider.

It actually can be good news, preventing you from getting on a Plan you will regret a month or two from now. Hang in there and wait for what Viasat-2 will bring.

We might have suspended new activations in your area due to high demand.

Barry, what I'm asking is what web site are you at to see the "Upgrade" link...I'm using my dashboard web site and I don't see the word "Upgrade" anywhere.  I see the "Change your plan" link...

Please post the link you used to see the word "Upgrade" ..thanks..
