NO OR SLOW USAGE

I got a notice saying I was over my useage after 1 weekI wasnt on the computer but 1 day in the first week of JulyI responded and got nothing backI cannt access my acct as I dont know username or password

it happens, start pulling the Ethernet cable off the back of the modem to eliminate any useage on your end and "Catch up" can not be used for an excuse since it will not be powered down. check it from public wifi or cellphone plan.

Lee,  In order to create a new account, you will need to disconnect your current one. I do not feel this is necessary.   If you go over the priority data allotment, your account will be placed in data restriction, which slows the speed of your service. Purchase of additional data does increase your speeds.  Your account shows usage each day this month, Please send an email and we can give you detailed information to exedelistens@viasat.com or call 855.463.9333

How many devices are connected behind the router? Did you have guests in your home that used data?   How many updates have your applications performed? Do you keep your modem on 24/7.  These are questions that will help identify where your data is going?
