For the past week or more, I have been unable to use my internet starting by 12 PM and lasting till after 9 PM. I AM WELL UNDER MY USAGE QUOTA. this is causing a Big problem as I have to pay additional $ to cell phone c/o. To use its HotSpot. Please advise.
