No mid-day internet service

For the past week or more, I have been unable to use my internet starting by 12 PM and lasting till after 9 PM. I AM WELL UNDER MY USAGE QUOTA. this is causing a Big problem as I have to pay additional $ to cell phone c/o. To use its HotSpot. Please advise.

Linda send an email to with your account and contact info and they can look at your modem and see if they can figure out what's going on.
