ok, I have not been able to get our land line service to work. Even though a technician came out, when he left it still did not work! I want to cancel the land line phone and because I haven't had use of it for 3 mos would like a reimbursement for loss of phone! Internet is working great and I really like that but I have paid for phone for 3 mos and it also has caused much disruption in our family and extended family. HELP!!!
