Mine was down for a few hours early Sunday morning. Modem went to 'scan' and stayed there. Came back up on it's own. I assumed there was an issue with my spot beam and that perhaps they took it down O dark 30 to work on it but don't know for sure. What would be good is if exede had a real time site to show ongoing outages but then again affected customers wouldn't have a way to be notified unless if they had a text notification service you could opt in for. That way if there was an outage on a specific spot beam or planned maintenance they could text customers it would effect. Would be great from a customer relations standpoint and that way you wouldn't have to wonder if you are the one with a problem or if it was more system wide.
