My service isnt working since the storm.
Thank you. I have tried reset multiple times. Is it possible the wind may have turned the satelite causing no connection. Is there a tool for checking this. I am very disappointed in this service. Very slow. I honestly thought i didnt pay my bill and was glad when it was disconnected or so i thought. Please advise me if my account is active and what i need to do in order to get any benefit out of this service. My phone number is 8639340350. Roy newton.
