I had a red light this morning. Tried rebooting and unplugging it changes to purple then back to red. I've had viasat for 4 months so please dont tell me I need to spend a shit load of money calling someone in. Time changed last night could this be part of the problem?
try unplugging both the modem and also the router if you are using a external router. My connection is fine this morning getting 50.59 Mbps download. also use the ViaSat app and see it if helps diagnose a problem. The app works great.
