No Internet for 24 hrs so far.

Our Internet stopped working about 24 hours ago. Have tried everything. It's not on our end. What's going in with the satellite? I was told by customer care last night that I had to purchase a care plan and wait a week to have a tech out. A week? We have had normal weather. .no snow. .no rain. ..no ice. Nothing in southern Iowa. Is anyone else having this issue? We have the freedom plan.

Hi Melissa,
Please call us at 855-463-9333. If there's nothing that can be done outside of a tech visit that's the route that'll have to happen. We can credit you for this but if a service call was recommended chances are that's the only way the issue can be fixed.

I had the same problem and it turn out that all need it was to plug the modem  directly to the outlet not to a power surge and that fix mine.
