Where do you live?  I live in Central VA and had this same problem at around the same time. Unable to reconnect despite repeated attempts.   Lasted for at least over an hour. (as of 3am today..still couldn't connect)..I went to sleep and now my internet and voice service  back ok.  This same problem has occurred with frequency, always starting somewhere around 2am.  Annoying!

Hi LorrieL.  Yes, we had an outage last evening that impacted several customers.  We have no control over when this occurs. The internet service is now restored.  I am happy to hear you have service again.  I apologize for any inconvenience this caused you.

I live in central VA and am having this problem every few days.  Sometimes I am disconnected and can not reconnect for an hour or more.  Other times I can not connect to the internet to begin with.  It is frustrating to pay for a service I can not rely on (weather problems excluded.)
