Internet outage

Good morning, our Internet service has been down since yesterday 10/2/16 - is there anyway you can check our service and try to figure out why we cannot get online.

We had been having problems with my son's school computer connecting to the internet, when did the outage begin?

Michelle, do other devices connect to the internet through your wireless router OK?  Also, if your son's school computer is a Chromebook, there have been reports of problems with them connecting.

Yes, other devices do connect and yes his computer is a Chromebook.  I wonder why there are problems with them in particular?

Send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com along with your account number and phone number. Explain that you are having problems with connecting your son's Chromebook. he moderators should be able to look into this for you.
