no internet connection after storm last night. One blue light on and 1 flashing.

I have unplugged/disconnected power and cable connection several times to reset and it still is not working.

What does the modem status page show? There's a chance that it took a power surge and will have to be replaced.

The modem status page can be found at 192.168.100.1

But as Lindsey stated below you most likely need to call either a local dealer found on Exede.com or call their 800 number listed to get it resolved.
