We don't seem to get internet access until very late in the day. This past Sunday internet was not available until 6:00 pm and this happens just about every day. Very disappointed since I'm paying for 24/7 internet access.
When you say it is "not available" would you please describe what is happening? 1. Is your modem unable to connect? 2. Is it connected and showing 4 lights but unable to load anything? 3. Have you been having any rain or extreme weather conditions the past few days? 4. How long have you had Exede service? 5. Is the service just completely out or is it just slow?
