no internet?????

Cannot access internet. Getting a pop up asking for my customer code. But I signed up 2 years ago with wildblue and do not have a customer code.

Has your account been terminated?  Usually the customer code is required for provisioning the modem when it is first installed.

Hi Mitch, we certainly understand your concerns; it seems as if it’s trying to set up as a new install which is obviously wrong. I would advise to please give our Customer Care line a call at 1-855-463-9333 so they can address these questions quickly. Thank you
