No internet this morning. Modem is connected, all lights on, stats look good. But can not connect to anything.

Hi James. I do not see an outage alert yet but usually that's declared when we see calls reporting the same. have you called us at 855-463-9333?

If this is an outage they are very short lived but otherwise we'll need to troubleshoot with you live on that phone number above

Have not called yet. Sent an email to viasat listens. Windows says it can not connect to the DNS server. There is no router in the loop. Definitely something on viasat end.

It back working now. Don't know when it came back I was away from the house and just got back.
