I became a customer in 01/17/18 and I signed up for the unlimited silver plan. The sales person told me that it would be 110.00 for the first three months and that normally the bill would increase to 150.00. He advised me that the bill would not go up to that due to an upcoming change in plans regarding a new satellite become available in the next few months. Call me a sucker for signing the paper believing he was honest. I just found out that my bill is going up to 150.00 and I had to change my plan loosing out on data to keep the bill within my budget. I guess a handshake and a mans word means nothing to this company. I called this salesman back and complained and he basically told me that the lower plan would work for me and that this mysterious satellite is still not available. Talk about getting ripped off.

I feel your pain but unfortunately it is not limited to Viasat but all companies are guilty of deceipt or at minimum fraud by omission. Witness ATT or Verizon as well as Viasat on definition of Unlimited. Unfortunately you have to read the fine print carefully. What is the definition of is? You remember that wordsmithing.
