No emails to access

When I went to check on my email, which went to the new one that you have set up there was NOTHING there. No contacts, no previous or new emails. I didn't use anything with google so WHY isn't there anything there for me to see. I needed several of those emails and better be able to access those. I knew this change was coming and can tell that others are having problems as well. I've tried several times to do a live chat but after waiting over 1/2 hour I cancelled. It would be really nice if someone left your paying customers know what is happening, that you are aware of this and are working on it.

They are expecting all wildblue email accounts to be migrated by the end of next week. If you got the notification email about your account being moved and its not there I would call customer care 1-855-466-9333

This is a known issue tied our migration last night. This is a known issue and our engineers are currently fixing the issue. Once resolved your emails will show. No ETA yet but we're hoping in a few hours this should be fixed. T
