I lost connection around 3pm today. The modem is stuck in scanning mode. I tried resetting several times, but it does not help. Anyone else having the same problem. I'm in south georgia. I think it's beam 350.
No, but my WIFI, which is pretty poor with the Viast modem/router, was doing worse than usual, so i unplugged it for about 3 minutes, then let it boot from being unplugged to plugged and WIFI is marginally better.
Unplug the modem from the wall wait about 5 minutes, plug it back in, that is about the extent of what you can do, after that it is a call to tech support at Viasat and let them look at the signal, modem etc.
