No Connection!

My service was just setup yesterday & service seemed to be very slow when browsing the web. Today, it is not even connecting! Is it too late to cancel? I never had any issues with my prior internet provider.I can see already this service is going to be a problem.

must have had outages all day? mine has been off for about 7 hours
