NO ACCOUNT BUT BILLED ANYWAY

I cancelled this account on May 20th. You withdrew money to pay May to June. Then you withdrew money to pay June to July. Now you have withdrawn money to pay July to August. How can you keep taking money for an account that was cancelled? My account number WAS 301209618. My contact information is 801-391-1753.
You have now cost me $75 in overcharge fees because I have been paying for a new service and when you take money out, I don't have enough to cover it.

If you have all of your call dates / times / emails / cancellation request / etc documented and cannot get a resolution from Exede, then call your bank.  Many people forget the protections given on their Debit Cards when they are used as Credit Cards.  You can dispute the charges and while it may take longer than getting the money refunded directly from Exede, it will ensure that no more money will come out and that Exede will not get the money the issue is resolved.

Also email the exedelistens@viasat.com and they should respond fairly quickly.  I just don't understand why Exede seems to have routine issues with continuing to bill people for service that is cancelled.  It seems there should be more to the story, but who knows.

Did you cancel before the term of your contract with Viasat was up? Did you return the equipment? If not then that would explain the continued billing.

Hi Vicki,  I'm not sure what is going on. If you cancelled your account, we do not bill.  If you disconnected after your service was installed, that's a different story and I would love to take a look at your account. We want to make sure this issue gets addressed
