New Viasat 2 router keeps dropping the 2.4g wireless network

I am very happy with the new Viasat-2 router speeds and range, but almost every day I have to reset the router because the 2.4g wireless network stops transmitting.  My printer and Roku use this network so it's not some weird time-out issue.  Is the router too hot perhaps?  The network comes back after a reset.

Is the fan running in the modem? The tomblerone modem runs cooler than the previous Wi-Fi modem.

Only when I reset it, it kicks in for a little bit.  It's never running when I go to check it, and the temp reported on the status always checks in at 92 or 93 Celcius.

The CPU Core temp on my VS2 modem stays right around 190F...but you must remember, that is the temp of the cpu, the unit itself doesn't seem near as warm as the VS1 Wifi modems got.

I haven't experienced either the 2.4g or 5g dropping out so if you were my customer I'd probably replace the modem, or perhaps hook up a regular Netgear router and see if your devices still lose signal.

Just saw it hit 201 F. Sent an email to someone out in Denver to see what the normal temp should be. Hopefully will hear from him soon.
