I changed my plan to Unlimited Silver 25 on December 27th. I was notified that I would need a new Modem and that it would be arriving by mail. Since it has been 7 business days I thought I would check here and I see in another post that they have been on backorder for several weeks. The latest response I saw was that there were no updates from the vendor as to when these would be back in stock. The vendor works for Viasat so I assume getting an update would be as simple as calling and asking the question "when can we advise our customers that these modems will ship". I would like to know if I should expect the modem sometime next week or sometime next month. Thanks.
Thought I would give everyone an update. The new modem arrived January 18th and we have been very happy with the Unlimited Silver 25 plan. We have used 125.2 GB of data so far and have 9 days left in the current billing period. Speed has been great and we have streamed Netflix, YouTube, and done anything we wanted to do with no issues. We are on pace to use about 180GB during our billing period so we will see if speed is impacted after we hit the 150GB sometime this weekend. We feel like our 4 acre compound in the country just got a little more connected to the 21st century.
