new satellite.. was using the service with no problem . Now down to 18kbps . 25kbps etc. Now i have to find another provider. Ridicules.

My problem started when the added the new satellite. Then ip was changed and cant do anything with internet going on and off. . Was using the service with no problem for many months . Now down to 18kbps . 25kbps etc. Now have to find another provider.

Perhaps contact customer service and get the problem solved. Obviously a problem and don't know why you would need a new provider versus solving the problem.

Virgina, that sounds like a problem going on that can be fixed. Send your account and contact information and, a description of the problem to Viasatlistens@viasat.com so that they can take a look and see what might be going on.

You might need the dish realigned or, there may be another problem that they will be able to see and, correct.

Please call us at 855-463-9333. That sounds like a signal may need to be sent to your modem or there could be an issue on our end.
