I have a new smart phone. Trying to access my wireless, put in the password I had, showed incorrect password. I then went into my exede account and changed my password, same incorrect password message.
Please tell me what I need to do
The Exede modems do not have wireless and the my Exede account has nothing to do with your wireless that is in your router. Try to go to 192.168.1.1 in your web browser that will be your wireless router if you have one and logging in there you can setup or change your wireless
