New Password needed to get account set up?

Cannot get our Outlook or Apple Mail to accept a new account for your wildblue server-- would we need to add the mail account in with a NEW password and the settings for pop/imap as needed?

Hi Kelly,  The current email on your webmail wildblue.net account is the same one you will use to set up Outlook or Apple Mail.  We have some great tips at our website.  The link is http://help.exede.net/PublicKBHome.  If you need immediate assistance, you can call the customer service team at 855-463-9333.
