Long time customer, excited to upgrade to the silver 25 unlimited. My question is about the built in router. I understand I can use my own router and my extender that are very powerful and relatively new. I’ve found instructions on how to disable the internal router. Do I do this after activation of the new modem? Just want things to stay simple. Any suggestions, advice on sequence of steps to take?

Yep, once the new modem is activated, follow the instructions in this page.

Worked easily! Very excited to have this plan for the same price we paid for 50g . Now we don’t know what to do with the abundance data. Lol. Thank you exede. Just noticed we’ve been customers since 2012.

Well 480p on a 70” is sad. But hey, we got 150g to update stuff and no more sitting in library’s or driveways to get updates. I’m happy.

Yea. 480p on the big screen is sad. 70" screen is my primary viewing platform so that is why I want 1080p. I am not viewing video on a 10" kids tablet.

Man!  It is so nice to see a customer who understands what she bought and is happy with it.
