Exede is offering the freedom plan to new customers in our 49.99 first 3 months then 69.99 after that, gauranteed for 3 years. I currently have the Liberty 12 and am paying 50 per month. I would pay the extra 20 per month for the Freedom plan for 69.99 but customer service says it is not available to me even thought it is available to my zip code. We have no monthly lease fee as we paid an upfront lifetime lease. I was told that there was an "unlimited" plan in the works for about 70, it was suppposed to be offered but than a technical glitch put that on hold but that it should be coming in a few days. I have not seen anything in my dashboard and it is now almost 2 weeks since my last call to customer service. I do not understand why Exede chooses to favor new customers over long-standing, loyal customers.
