New exude modem

I just got exede internet on Monday of this week and I got a good deal with a liberty 12 - speedboost+wifi and I have their new modem/router and I read up on it. Their has been lots of complaints ive seen on it. I actually had my first modem replaced on Tuesday with a second brand new one because the first would never stay connected. But now I have the new one and my download speed are supposed to be max at 25 mbps and when he installed it at first I was averaging 17 - 22 Mbps and I was more than satisfied but now I always get speeds of like 2-3 Mbps and once I even got 300kbs... I'm wondering if I should try to get a new modem or router or something because I wasnt preparing for this..... It also lags a lot when playin online

Juanito - Satellite Internet will always lag when playing action games because of the physical distance to the satellite.  Not much can be done about that with geosynchronous satellites.  As for your reduced speeds, are you sure that you have not used up your 12 GB and are operating in the Liberty Pass mode?  Check your account page on line to see if you have any data left.

Scheduled for late this year, ViaSat-2 will launch, it will have at least double the babdwidth capability of the current ViaSat-1. This should provide more data for the subscribers.
