This Help Center article contains the information for the new POP/IMAP/SMTP settings for wildblue.net and exede.net email. Beginning Aug. 3, wildblue.net accounts will begin migration; you should receive an email letting you know when this takes place. You can find more information about the migration at www.exede.com/email. Be sure not to make any of these changes until after you've been migrated to the new (non-Google) platform.

Exede.net email accounts will migrate later this month.

Double checking -- should the IMAP incoming server be mail.wildblue.net or IMAP.wildblue.net?

When I set up a new "other" email on my iphone, it verifies my settings but lists the POP and SMTP servers still as gmail.com.  When I try and change to pop.wildblue.net and smtp.wildblue.net, it keeps changing it back to gmail???

Hi Gloria, I understand your frustration but I think we can help. Send your account and contact information to exedelistens@viasat.com.  We'll research your mail issue further and try to figure out what is going on.

Another question -- in the Help Article description of how to set up an account in Apple Mail, it only gives instructions for a POP account.  Does this mean that IMAP accounts are not available any more?  If so, this will be a HUGE problem!

Changed my Outlook 2007 to mail.wildblue.net over the weekend. Am getting a Internet Security Warming that the Certificate cannot be validated. How do I fix this?

Sandra - I had that for a while and then it stopped giving me that message.  I guess it "fixed itself".  Maybe yours will too. ???

Had the security warning.  Did not make any change if you ignored or allowed it.  This morning am getting a problem loading page server not found page.  Knight Rider says ViaSat is to big for this to happen.  Will try the reboot recycle even though it just "tends" to work.

No I said they were too big not to test everything before going live with it.  But with any big change like this you are going to have issues it;s just the way it is.  Microsoft has issues when they release a new OS even after having it released as a beta.  Point is they are here talking with customers trying to help them with the issues and what they cant fix they are sending over to zimbra to get fixed
