New email service doesn't do IMAP.

All of my folders and pre-existing email will not appear in Thunderbird.  They did prior to the move.  Now I have to have an account set up the old way and one the new way to check email on my PC.  I cannot create folders in my inbox with the new setup.  I will begin the slow process of notifying everyone that I will be using a gmail address from now on.  Exede seems incapable of addressing this issue.

I had problems switching over to. Before u set your imap and pop  settings on your personal computer log directly online into wildblue and in the mail settings there, many settings have to be set to accommadate and give permission for access.

I get Infinite Browser Redirects when I try to access via a browser.  This is the worst I've ever had an ISP handle my account in over 30 years.

"I understand your frustration and we are here to help"  Is this credible?  My experience says no.  We have tried to work with Diana.  She is paid to deflect the resolution of technical issues ViaSat is not able to resolve.  What does that make her?
