In the past few months, new customers in most Exede areas have been receiving 'The Ultimate Welcome Guide' when they get their service installed. We tried to do something beyond the boring old pamphlet you get with most products. If you got it, we'd love to hear what you think. Was it cool? Pointless? Something in between? Thanks for any feedback!

Hi Alex,
Post it.

If if has data management info as discussed on the forum many times over, we can use it as a go-to reference.

Just a quack, or idea?

Thanks for posting it, Alex. I would have loved to have had that when I first started with Wildblue, then Exede. It brings up the information that new users should be made aware of.
