I was A long time Frontier Communication customer all they did was lie an cheat

I have had exede for a couple days and so far everything is working great had a few minor glitches but all taken care of very promptly and very knowledgeably..

My Installer Richard Of Techman Electronics Alderson WV did an excellent job and very well trained and knowledgeable. 

Latency is the only issue but that is the down side of Satellite Internet but not a deal breaker for me .

It is nice to just use the service without having to constantly power cycle the modem on frontier that was a least 5 to 10 times a day.

As of today my Downloads are around 12mb uploads are around 2.7mb 

Frontier was usually around 700k down and 300k up

So to me so far this a good alternative

I would like to see a true unlimited data plan even at reduced speed  5 down 2 up would be good start

As for the few people i have read on hear about issues they are having
 i suggest to hard reset you router and make sure you have the newest Firmware also make sure the best setting for your router to work with Exede Modem.

My Nighthawk R7000 needed to be hard reset so it could properly handshake with Exede Modem so far so good.

Just my opinion your mileage may vary....
