New Customer Registration

I have been unable to complete new customer registration. Every time that I have attempted to register, I get message that your account is pending. On July 7th, I contacted Exede customer service and was told there was an issue with program. (Representative had same problem when she tried to register account. She then contacted additional reps as a tier 2 issue)
I tried again today and received the same message. Any suggestions on how to complete new customer registration.

Hi Dennis, I’m sorry to hear you have been out of service for such an extended amount of time. You definitely would need to speak to our Customer Care to get this corrected, if they cannot correct this issue then a service call would need to be scheduled to complete registration.
