I have been unable to complete new customer registration. Every time that I have attempted to register, I get message that your account is pending. On July 7th, I contacted Exede customer service and was told there was an issue with program. (Representative had same problem when she tried to register account. She then contacted additional reps as a tier 2 issue)
I tried again today and received the same message. Any suggestions on how to complete new customer registration.
