New Customer: Looking for POSITIVE Viasat Stories

Hello all,

I am a new customer to Viasat because AT&T closed down their DSL service and my only other option was satellite ... so, here I am :)

I signed up for one of the new plans "Bronze 12" ... hoping for the best. 

It is a proven fact that people who are unhappy with a service tend to voice it via feedback (social media, forums, etc...) more than people who are happy with the same service. 

I see a lot of "horror" stories regarding Viasat/Exede but I would like for people to share their positive experiences with Viasat.

Look forward to hearing some good stories for a change.

I've started with Wildblue -- don't ask me when.  I don't remember.  I've been with Exede for several years now.  At present, I run three business from home, two of which can use quite a bit of data at times.  I rarely have a problem and can get my work done every day without issue.  For the life of me, I don't understand the people who have the time to monitor their speed all day.  Really, who has the time?  Obviously they need something else to occupy their time.
