New Customer... Day 15

Started service 2 weeks ago, today is day 15 and 100% priority data used. Wasnt happy with the connection to begin with and now I am truly angry. Not quite sure what is using so much data or why because you can rarely connect...

Rebecca, here's a thread I started a few days ago in which I go over the most common things a customer can do to control data usage. Basically, you have devices doing things in the background that you have NO idea are going on but are using a lot of your data. In the end, it is up to the customer to change these device settings.
