new credit card

I have been trying for 4 days to change my credit card number to a new number. Says it cannot process. My bill was due 11/4/2015. Do not want suspended!

Gail, I had a similar problem last week. Thee appears to be a problem with changing billing on the portal. Just call 855-463-9333 and they can change it for you.

I called and was able to change my card & said my bill was processed, but, when I checked online it is saying my payment failed. I know there is plenty in my account to cover this bill. I double checked all my numbers and theyare correct. Now what do iI do?
