I have been trying to log-in to my account to check on my payments. My user name and password aren't being accepted. I have tried every one that I have used and nothing. The only thing I have is a Welcome to Exede Internet Letter with my confirmation# of . Can you assist me with this?

I would recommend giving Exede Customer Support a call and they can walk you through the steps to either reset your password or create a new account.
