i just changed my account and got a new moderm .there was no instructions of how to return the old moderm or where to return it to .i just asked this question to julie p but i said router not moderm it it the same answer?

Viasat is no longer requiring the return of the old standalone modem when upgrading. See:

I just put the old one back in to the box . I think it had a return sticker under the one that was on the box . I hope you have better Internet service than I do.
