never set up a account online. Have no way to sign in

I am billed automatically. I need to set up a account or a user name and password on my existing account.

Hello Ron,

If you call the number Steve mentioned we'll be able to reset everything for you. Just to be sure have you ever gone to my.exede.net to create a username and password? it'll be separate from your email and you'll have to register as a new user the first time. Otherwise we can reset your info by calling that number
