For the past 2 weeks my internet has started randomly going down and is at the point now to where I can only use it for about 5 minutes out of every hour roughly unless I disconnect my router from the box connected to the satellite and plug my computer directly in it with no router to use my internet. This seemed to work perfectly to solve it but I discovered I am unable to install Microsoft updates today. So I have no idea really what to do besides call customer support which I loath doing for anything.
