need the return Box for the equipment ASAP! Please!

I cancelled my service December 12, 2017, it is now March 5, 2018 and I have called 6 times & have been told the same thing over and over again. I need the return Box for the equipment ASAP! Please enough is enough! Stop wasting my time and just send the equipment return Box already please!! This has been the worst business I've ever dealt with! People please please let me save you time and aggravation and don't get service with this company!! Nothing but problems from the start and the customer service is by far the worst I've ever experienced! All you ever get is the run around and nothing ever gets solved.
