What happened? I started to send message & your site went back to "start".
Had to have MacAir re-configured due to a corruption; now I need a password to get online/wi-fi and have no idea how to find it. I have NetGear router.

Most routers have a"reset" button that will reset the router to factory settings. These settings require no passwords to connect. To setup/change it to require a password then you would need to follow the instructions outlined in the users manual. If you need help doing this then seek out a friend/neighbor who has some IT savey.

Hi Merleen, Gregory is correct.  Use the reset button or consult with the manual.  You can also visit the NetGear webpage for assistance. Here is the website https://www.netgear.com/support/?cid=wmt_netgear_organic.
