Scheduled an install the Thursday before Christmas. It hasn't happened nor will the local installers return my calls or text messages. I call or text once to twice a day. I'm not angry, just want to gain internet service asap. My zip code is 47165. Please advise how I can gain service the soonest.

More than likely, your install is being delayed because the modems are still on back order.

Steve is correct in that some of our WiFi modems are delayed with a backorder but we are trying to give installations priority when we can. I think this warrants a call to us to get to the bottom of it to see what the delay is. Please call us at 855-463-9333
