I need to change the debit card used for payment so I can pay my bill. I don't have my account number as I auto pay. I am not at home to get modem number because I have no internet. I need my service restored. I can't register as I don't have the above information.
The automated call expects me to give the last four numbers of the last method of payment. I don't know the last four numbers of my last method of payment. It was a debit card that was compromised and has been destroyed. If I hadn't known that to begin with I wouldn't be sending message to you right now
I am losing my mind. I found what I had written down as my account number. When I try to log in, it tells me that is wrong. When I put in my mac number, it tells me that is wrong. It tells me my user name and/or password is wrong and these are all needed to get in one way or the other.
