I cancelled my Exceed service in Sept, 2016. I continued to be billed for a service I was not using so I finally blocked the automatic payment. Now I am being threatened that you will turn me into collections. If you would check your emails and phone records you will see I have tried numerous times to resolve this issue. On 8/31/1016 I called Fernando to cancel the service. When I was billed again, I called on 10/04/1016, and four hours I talked to Eli, Marketa, Chelsea, Scott, Saith, Juan, Kate, Ashley, Brian, Shanovia and then I was cut off. When I was billed AGAIN, I called Jaun and Anna on 11/22/2016. Anna said she would have a supervisor call but she never did. I am being told that Exceed cannot cancel because the service was wholesaled through Direct TV. Direct TV told me they cannot cancel another company's billing if the billing is coming through that company. They do not even have an account number for my Exceed billing. Your company has run me around for four months and I am tired of the hassle. If you send me to collections when I have done nothing wrong you will regret it.
