Need help!

Cannot log into my new migrated email account. Put in the MAC address, typed the numbers in the verification box. Error message "The credentials you provided are incorrect'. "You have two attemps remaining" Also I do not know my account number. Please help!

You can find your account number by logging in to www.my.exede.net and clicking on Manage My Account.

Send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com with your mac number and phone number associated with your account and one of the moderators will guide you through this.
